1. POSITION: Management Information Reporting
Department: Finance
Location: Lagos


DUTIES:
• Utilize IFS/OFA to generate accurate and timely management information report on monthly basis.
• Liaise with other groups/departments to gather information to be included in the periodic reports to be generated.
• Assist in analyses of the Company’s financial position, suggesting various analytical techniques and implication/correlation of financial and non-financial information in the management reports.
• Assist in preparation of the Management Information Report (MIR) in line local and international standards.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
4 years work experience including
• At least 2 years experience in a Finance environment with at least 1-year financial reporting experience.
• Experience in Enterprise Financial Systems
• Experience in telecommunications industry may be an added advantage
• B.Sc. Accounting or any other related discipline Part qualification in any recognized professional accounting scheme (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)

2. POSITION: Team Lead, Transmission Planning
Department: Network Group
Location: Abuja

DUTIES

• Define and direct Transmission Planning (SDH Network plans) to support MTNN rollout
• Design and direct implementation of cost effective and efficient transmission systems to support GSM rollout
• Design and plan the links between BTS and MSC to achieve full optimisation
• Plan and execute transmission projects
• Sign off on work authorisation for contractors to build
• Analyse and determine the type of equipment to be used in the transmission of the microwave
• Resolve transmission failure problems attributable to planning
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on work done, requirements for transmission and frequencies in use to the RTO and National Transmission Planning Manager

REQUIREMENTS
• At least five years work experience in Telecoms industry, especially in Transmission with experience in:
Electrical radio engineering, microwave radio transmission at high frequencies and fibre optic transmission networks
Experience in connectivity, route planning, topology, logical networks
• A first degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

3. POSITION: Transmission Planning Engineer
Department: Network Group
Location: Abuja

DUTIES

• Carry out field surveys on terrain and generate maps based on the data gathered from the surveys
• Plan transmission links (LAN, WAN, Direct Connects) connecting MTN locations and MTN direct connect clients.
• Plan microwave transmission systems for GSM network.
• Provide transmission engineering support in the resolution of faults attributable to transmission planning.
• Develop work authorisation for Team Lead’s review

4. POSITION: Forensic Auditor
Department: Internal Audit
Location: Lagos

DUTIES

• Assist in the investigation and resolution of fraud incidents, allegations of corruption and breaches in conformance with documented policies and procedures
• Develop periodic reports on forensic audit incidents, investigations and outcomes as may be required by the Senior Forensic Auditor
• Ensure that all fraudulent activities/allegation of corruption/breaches reported through all reporting channels to the Unit are fully documented and investigated where necessary
• Plan, perform, analyze and report on outcomes of investigations
• Assist in recommending system and process improvements based on the outcome of various investigations conducted
• Provide constant feedback to internal stakeholders through the Senior Forensic Auditor on reported incidences which require investigation
• Liaise with internal (Human Resources, Legal, Security, Subscriber Fraud Unit, etc) and external (Law enforcement agencies) stakeholders as required

REQUIREMENTS
• Liaise with several Law Enforcement Agencies on investigations of frauds
• Log all reported and discovered breach incidences in forensic audit case register
• Receive incident prompts from a wide variety of sources
• Advise internal stakeholders on Government regulations and anti-frauds standards
• Promote fraud awareness across MTNN
 A good first degree in Information Technology (IT), Social Sciences or any other related course Minimum 4 years in a business environment of which 2 years in fraud investigation and/or management Telecommunication experience is desirable

5. POSITION: Sourcing Supervisor
Department: Finance
Location: Lagos

DUTIES

• Developing policies for sourcing negotiation, sourcing analysis and management of suppliers or adapt company policies where they exist
• Support the procurement process
• Supervise sourcing activities, monitor responses and make recommendation for the most appropriate supplier
• Ensure negotiations and reviews are carried out on terms favorable to MTN
• Control and management of the tender process (preparation, issue, receipt and review)
• Evaluation and adjudication of tenders
• Regular reporting on all “work in progress” to management
• Support and guidance for all Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) work
• Control and maintenance of the RFP (tender) database
• Issuing of Blanket Order Tenders
• Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation work experience in a reputable establishment with minimum of 3 years dealing with commercial contracts, negotiation, suppliers or accounts.
• Experience in a supervisory role
 First degree in business-related discipline, Social Science or related discipline Professional certification in Purchasing and Supply Management will be an advantage.

6. POSITION: Product Development Specialist, (Prepaid)
Department: Marketing and Strategy
Location: Lagos

DUTIES

• Articulate understanding of target market needs and assist in developing relationship initiatives accordingly
• Monitor and manage existing products in the Consumer portfolio on an ongoing basis.
• Support project management in the product development lifecycle of new MTNN products
• Design, facilitate and conduct customer surveys and produce value-adding reports for informed decision-making
• Keep abreast of new telecoms marketing products, services and customer loyalty initiatives developed by competitors and other operators and recommend on appropriate actions to be taken
• Implement product development policies and procedures.
• Coordinate quality assurance of developed products and services to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure new products designs are line with segment strategy and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate existing products performance on an on-going basis.
• Develop a mechanism for proactively identifying new product related queries.
• Ensure prompt resolution of identified product related issues.
• Provide information packs and FAQs to guide the deployment and use of new products and services.
• Provide resources for UAT (user assessment test) and FUTs (friendly user test).
• Review UAT plans
• Ensure sign off of product specifications and UAT reports.
• Drive and participate actively in FUTs
• Liaise with technical teams on customer care and billing applications.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Product Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
• Participate in the design, development, management and monitoring of simple and complex products, services, and applications that meet the requirements of MTNN’s prepaid customers.
• Liaise proactively with, VAS (Value Added Services) Planning,  service creation, CR (Customer Relations) and systems operations specialist from IS (Information Systems) and NWG (Network Group)planning teams to ensure deep understanding of the configuration possibilities for features on the prepaid platforms that can be quickly deployed to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers.
• Gather, share and act on feedback related to customer satisfaction or need with regard to existing or potential services.
• Define and implement promotions as required by Market Segments
• Organise, implement and actively participate in Road Shows on new prepaid products and services across the regions.
• Monitor sales points and channels (Service Centres, Connects and Key Trade Partners) and major touch points to ensure that MTN has a firm grip on information and experience at those customer touch points.
• Work closely with relevant vendors at MTN and at vendor premises towards startup and closure of key projects.
 At least 4 years work experience which includes: Experience with GSM, TDMA, CDMA, 2.5/3G networks Vast experience in products and services development and a good understanding of Product Development Life Cycle Demonstrated experience in primary and/or secondary research Project Management experience VAS/Charging system experience will be an added advantage

7. POSITION: Product Development Specialist, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Department: Marketing and Strategy
Location: Lagos


DUTIES
• Support the CLM campaigns portfolio lifecycle project management (including implementation and launch of consumer segment targeted communications, promotions and products)
• Articulate understanding of target market needs and assist in developing relationship campaigns accordingly
• Design, facilitate and conduct customer surveys and produce value-adding reports for informed decision-making
• Keep abreast of new telecoms products, services and customer loyalty initiatives developed by competitors and other operators and recommend on appropriate actions to be taken
• Implement campaign development policies and procedures
• Coordinate quality assurance of developed campaigns to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Ensure new campaign designs are in line with segment strategy and objectives
• Ensure prompt resolution of identified campaign related issues
• Drive and participate actively in Friendly User Tests (FUTs)
• Discuss campaign ideas /roadmap with NWG to clarify feasibility
• Write/sign off Campaign Concept Documents (CCD) including business rules based on input from CLM campaign manger
 •Manages and ensure completion of testing of campaigns prior to and after rollout
• Provide feedback to CLM Campaigns Manager to ensure network implications are taken into account
• Liaise between Revenue Assurance/Business Intelligence and Network Group to ensure to ensure weekly campaign execution
• Report to CLM Campaigns Manager upon completion of execution or as required
• Participate in all weekly CLM meetings
• Update and inform all relevant stakeholders on completion of execution
• Participate in project management for new products introduced by MTNN
• Adhere to defined policies, procedures and quality standards as agreed within the department
• Support teams’ role in the accomplishment of overall departmental goals

REQUIREMENTS

• Build and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers
• Collate, share and act on feedback related to customer satisfaction or need with regard to existing or potential services
• Define and implement promotions and campaigns as required by Market Segments
 At least 4 years work experience which includes: Product Development Demonstrated experience in primary and/or secondary research Project Management experience Systems design & integration
