If you are trained in agriculture and animal husbandry, you have an opportunity to reach youth right alongside the education, urban, and camping programs already in progress here in Nigeria. We are looking for someone who can work alongside Nigerians to develop a sustainable agricultural skill program which includes a strong discipleship component, writing training materials and resources, and helping to train youth in these skills.
You can help SYRA (Skills for Youth in Rural Areas) by teaching trainers to instruct young people in marketable skills so that they can earn a living and remain in the villages rather than migrating to the cities.
2. JOB TITLE: BIBLE SCHOOL TEACHERS
CAREER: Theological Education

Through training their pastors, teachers, and missionaries, and through developing a youth work programme, you will have an immediate effect on your students and, through them, on ordinary Christians right across Northern Nigeria.
It isn’t just lecturing in academic subjects; it also includes one-on-one mentoring and discipleship groups, as well as sponsoring and directing evangelism and church planting groups. For years, the Nigerian church has grown as missionaries have enabled Nigerian Christians to reach out, evangelise, and disciple their own people.
