Job Opportunity at a financial company, Lagos

We are one of the leading financial services providers in Nigeria. We are looking for highly committed, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented persons to fill the POSITION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
BSc/HND in any discipline
Minimum of Second Class Lower Division or equivalent with significant experience in Secretarial, Administrative and Office Management Duties
AGE: 30 years

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to handle confidential matters
Demonstrable mastery of Microsoft Window Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Proficiency in desktop publishing software and knowledge of MS Access will be definite advantage

Personal Qualities
Innovative, creative and receptive
Good team player
Personal and professional integrity
Willing to work additional hours
