REQUIREMENTS
The preferred candidate must have managerial experience in a bank and able to develop and execute strategic plan consistent with the leadership vision of the bank.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ten years experience in a bank
Demonstrated leadership skills
Knowledge of microfinance banking
Organization skills
Passion for microfinance development
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
BSC Degree Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields
MBA will be an advantage
